Our client is a global packaging company seeking to hire a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant for their Shared Services Center.

What we expect

• basic knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage
• ~1 years’ experience in accounting department in SSC
• good verbal and written communication skills (Polish and English)
• strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• degree in Finance / Economics is a plus
• good knowledge of MS Office and data base skills

Your tasks

• invoice verification
• invoice processing in SAP modules according to IFRS and agreed procedures
• payments processing
• contact with vendors and internal, local teams
• travel expenses processing
• preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
• month end activities within PTP process
• master data maintenance
