We are looking for a Junior AP Accountant to join the core team of our newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best-in-class service.

What we can offer you

You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe. You will take a key role in the daily AP operations for European entities, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes to provide the best-in-class service to our European businesses.

1. Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
2. Participation in establishing centralized processes in SSC in PTP area
3. Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function
4. Responsibility for effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice posting, invoice processing, and payments
5. Invoice scanning, verifying, and handling
6. Performing AP related parts of the closing process (yearly, quarterly, monthly)
7. Active participation in relevant group and/or corporate projects
8. Contributing to improvements in AP related processes, focusing on efficiency and quality
9. Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines

Who you are

1. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
2. Fluency in English (knowledge of any Scandinavian language will be an advantage)
3. Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
4. Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
