Develop and optimize quantitative bioanalytical methods for compound analysis using LC-MS/MS.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bioanalytical instrumentation and methods.
Conducti in vitro ADME experiments, including sample preparation, analytical method development, sample analysis, and data interpretation in line with study requirements.
Develop and implement new assays/methods under supervision
Collaborate with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all studies in laboratory notebooks
Follow all Selvita SOPs, DMPK guidelines and study protocols while conducting the studies
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while supporting integration ADME team
Perform all duties in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
Wymagania
MSc or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent (Ph.D. in analytical chemistry preferred for senior roles).
Experience with LC-MS/MSanalytical techniques or ADME will be a plus.
Good hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in the analytical or ADME fields.
Fluency in English (both written & verbal).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
