Junior Analyst- Financial Management at JLL is looking for a Junior Analyst with English and another European language for our Lease Administration department. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and will work in a hybrid model (2 days per week at the Warsaw Spire building). It is a contract of employment / full time.

For more than two decades, JLL’s Lease Administration group has been setting the standard in quality real estate management by delivering flexible portfolio solutions through comprehensive Lease Administration programs. In Poland, JLL Lease Administration was established in 2006 and has grown to over 190 employees in 2018. We centrally manage clients’ leases, gather, monitor and manage accurate data to help clients make strategic portfolio decisions, reduce costs and identify renegotiation opportunities. Using JLL’s SOC1 certified processes, we ensure lease data compliance and help clients avoid critical planning deadline misses or expirations, enabling maximum portfolio efficiency.

Role Purpose

The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases and perform financial processes. This involves abstracting leases, obtaining portfolio information, financial analysis, reporting to clients and other JLL teams, and daily communication with the client.

What this job involves

  • Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with the contract, update database with current costs and track and maintain critical lease dates
  • Resolve payment‑related queries with landlords/suppliers
  • Review annual service charge reconciliation statements and calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Rent payment processing (AP and AR) & issuing invoices to subtenants (AR)

  • Fluent English and another European language at at least intermediate level
  • At least 1 year experience in finance/accounting is welcome
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Analytical / numerical skills, orientation to details
