,[You own and continuously evolve the vision, strategy, and OKRs for Conversational and Generative AI with a current focus on ChatGPT, Chatbots and AI Agents. , You prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features for over 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk. , You serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for all Conversational and Generative AI-related topics across the company. , You collaborate with internal stakeholders including Directors to align AI capabilities with business needs. , You champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives. , You monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage. , You partner with the Learning & Skill Development team to drive effective training, change management, and onboarding efforts. , You maintain ownership of the Conversational AI administrative environment, including the robust production deployment of CustomGPTs, APIs, and Agents.
