• We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building modern AI applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI systems—from AI voice assistants to AI agents, data-driven applications, and beyond. You’ll work on solutions that go far beyond simple chatbots — tackling complex frameworks, data-driven solutions, and next-gen communication tools, helping to design and integrate AI into real-world business scenarios and contributing to complex, innovative projects at the cutting edge of emerging technologies.
• There is the potential for a salary increase after three months, along with the chance to collaborate closely with and be mentored by the CEO/Software Architect of INK Solutions.
• This position is open to all applicants. Students are welcome to apply only if they are in their final year of studies.

• Strong fundamental understanding of software development principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of Java.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with modern LLM/AI concepts (prompting, tool callin, RAG, AI agents, etc.) and curiosity about applying them in practice.
• Machine Learning/Deep Learning knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Must be based in Poland or willing to relocate, as working from Poland is a requirement.
