Junior Administration & Payroll Specialist with French

As a Junior Administration & Payroll Specialist with French , you will perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in France, including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration.

In this role you will:

  • Assure both payroll and administrative support for around 1000 employees;
  • Be part of Philips People Services based in Łódź, collaborating closely with members of the local team. You will liaise with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate particular employees’ cases and answer employee queries;
  • Process changes in employees’ employment lifecycle in accordance with the country payroll calendar and global guidelines, such as new hire, transfer, termination, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR;
  • Participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver sound customer solutions. Thanks to the holistic approach to customer service, you can quickly broaden your knowledge about systems, French labour law, and payroll. The work can be done in a hybrid model;

Youre the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational degree;
  • You have previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar;
  • You are fluent in both English and French;
  • Knowledge of Workday, SNOW, Excel (would be an advantage);
  • You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;
  • You demonstrate pro-active behavior;

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
