About
We are looking for a Junior Ad Campaign Specialist (f/m/d/x) for implementing and executing impactful campaigns for our retail customers. Your decision-making process will be driven by data and key figures, ensuring the success and effectiveness of each campaign.
Your mission
- Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns for well-known retail clients.
- Support the creation and evaluation of cross-channel campaigns (CPC, CPI, CPx, Google Ads, DV360) across various platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team and act as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team with campaign forecasts and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
- Bonus: An interest in sales and a basic understanding of upselling would be a plus!
This is what you bring along
- A degree or relevant education in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Some experience in account management or digital marketing (internships or 1+ year of professional experience preferred). Agency experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CPL, CPI, CPC, CPO, vTKP campaigns, with a willingness to learn more.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems, digital organization tools, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Looker) is a bonus.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a proactive and supportive attitude.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English.
