Your attitudes we value:

• Swedish at B2+ level and Fluent English, German is a plus.
• Graduates and/or post graduates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good Knowledge of AP process.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Your daily tasks:

• Understand & process various types of invoices received by the client through the accounts payable systems.
• Payment processing to vendors and employees.
• Travel & Expense processing.
• New vendor set-up in the ERP and vendor maintenance.
• Generation of system-based reports.
• Preparation and regular update of process documents.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication with external vendors regarding invoice matters, supplier inquiries.
• Query handling and issue resolution.
• Identification of queries in the invoices and status update to supervisor.
• Identification of improvement opportunities which will help improve both AP and T&E processes.
• Assistance in adhering to SLA compliance.
• Creation of a knowledge database that would assist in learning.
• Quality Check of all AP activities.
