About this opportunity:

As Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the processing of accounts payable transactions. We can offer a hybrid work model (2 HO days). In this role, you will:

1. Develop, implement, and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: journal entries, Accounts Payable.
2. Generate, review, and interpret financial and revenue reports for internal and/or external use for managers/stakeholders.
3. Monitor the complete invoice process for an assigned set of vendors, including approval, payment requests, vendor statements, invoice discrepancies, and payment release into the ERP system in a timely manner.
4. Monitor the Concur expenses report to authorize or reject invoices or payment releases, and interact with internal customers.
5. Work in conjunction with the Purchasing Department to resolve issues as needed and provide invoice and payment status.

2. Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

In this role, you’ll need:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Advanced English (both verbal and written) is desirable.
3. Less than one year of directly related experience.
4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency with standard software programs (MS Office).
7. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-work oriented.
8. Ability to adjust quickly to changes.
9. Ability to work and deliver results under strict deadlines.
10. Personal values according to standards of business ethics.
11. Ideally experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
