Responsibilities

1. Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
2. Uploading bank statements and transactions
3. Handling queries related to invoices and payments
4. Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
5. Setting up new suppliers
6. Creating basic reports
7. Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements

1. Good command of English and Portuguese (B1/B2 level)
2. Willingness to develop in the area of finance
3. Analytical thinking skills
4. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
5. Solution-oriented approach
6. Ability to learn fast
7. Don’t worry if you don’t have previous deep accounting experience - we will teach you everything!
