Whats the job

• Verification and classification of incoming invoices
• Daily contact with suppliers and other parties via SERVICE NOW Ticketing tool. Treatment and resolution of Helpdesk queries
• Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams
• Ensure timely and correct completion of AP tasks
• Excel based reporting
• Performing other related tasks assigned by Team Manager

What youll bring

• Accounting, Finance or Business-related studies would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of Romanian (Minimum B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Team-work skills
• Friendly and supportive approach
• SAP knowledge (nice to have)
