Responsibilities:

• Handle and validate incoming invoices and payment requests
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and address any inconsistencies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Assist with month-end close processes and reporting tasks

• Experience in accounting (any department)
• English - B2/C1
• Hungarian - B2/C1
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow
• Collaborative mindset and solid communication skills

• Polish language skills
• University graduate in accounting/finance

• Remote position in Poland - you need to appear in the Katowice office only once per month

• Trainings in the first two weeks
