Junior Accountant with German (TandE and Invoice Processing)

THE WORK

A great opportunity for anyone who wants to start their first job in accounting and build a solid foundation with plenty of guidance along the way.

1. Processing and coding invoices and travel expenses in accordance with procedures.
2. Monitoring invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed upon a timely basis.
3. Close cooperation with client stakeholders from Germany and other European teams.
4. Providing regular reporting related to the above processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1. English and German, minimum B2 level.
2. Basic Excel skills.
3. Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy.
4. Strong written communication skills, as the role primarily involves email correspondence.
5. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
6. Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode from Warsaw (office located at 26 Przyokopowa Street).
