This role is ideal for German-speaking candidates taking their first steps in accounting within an international environment.

• Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Researching and resolving less complex invoice discrepancies, applying necessary corrections to ensure timely vendor payments
• Supporting the payment process by reviewing payment lists and preparing vendor payments (checks, electronic transfers, and other methods)
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving differences
• Performing activities related to the month-end closing

• English proficiency at B2 level
• German proficiency at B2 level
• Very good numerical skills with strong attention to detail

• SAP experience
• Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots)
• Experience in a corporate environment
• First experience in finance/accounting roles (internships, student jobs, junior positions)

• Hybrid work in Kraków: 3-5 times per month from the office
• Immediate availability to start work
