This role is ideal for German-speaking candidates taking their first steps in accounting within an international environment.
Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Researching and resolving less complex invoice discrepancies, applying necessary corrections to ensure timely vendor payments
- Supporting the payment process by reviewing payment lists and preparing vendor payments (checks, electronic transfers, and other methods)
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving differences
- Performing activities related to the month-end closing
Qualifications: - English proficiency at B2 level
- German proficiency at B2 level
- Very good numerical skills with strong attention to detail
Nice to have: - SAP experience
- Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots)
- Experience in a corporate environment
- First experience in finance/accounting roles (internships, student jobs, junior positions)
