This role is ideal for German-speaking candidates taking their first steps in accounting within an international environment.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
Researching and resolving less complex invoice discrepancies, applying necessary corrections to ensure timely vendor payments
Supporting the payment process by reviewing payment lists and preparing vendor payments (checks, electronic transfers, and other methods)
Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving differences
Performing activities related to the month-end closing
Qualifications:
English proficiency at B2 level
German proficiency at B2 level
Very good numerical skills with strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
SAP experience
Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots)
Experience in a corporate environment
First experience in finance/accounting roles (internships, student jobs, junior positions)
