What we expect

• Ideal candidates will have 1 year Finance and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization
• Very good in spoken and written German (B2-C1) and English (B1-C1) language skills
• Experience with finance systems is desirable, but extensive training will be provided
• Experience in GL processes is desirable and would be an additional advantage
• Customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done
• Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
• Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
• Capacity to handle multiple activities in parallel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Confidentiality and high attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (especially during the transition phase, Europe)

Your tasks

• contributing support in various processes being established in the Global Service Center such as performing the usual operational activities accounting
• performing the day-to-day finance activities within the finance team such as accounts receivables and/or accounts payables such as invoice and payment processing, creating and maintaining master data, processing payments, credit reporting and collection, resolving vendor’s and customer’s queries, handling dunning letters
• supporting the financial closing activities for the customers
