Junior Accountant with German
Gdansk

? Location: Gdańsk / Hybrid model? Full-time

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AR Accountant with German to join the Accounts Receivable (AR) department of one of our international clients. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are starting their career in finance and want to grow in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Accounts Receivable team in daily operations
• Assisting with processing and allocating customer payments
• Helping to manage overdue receivables and the dunning process
• Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in German and English
• Supporting invoice and credit note processing
• Assisting with reporting and reconciliation tasks
• Participating in process documentation and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Good command of German (minimum B2 level)
• Some experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (internships or junior roles welcome)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Experience in an SSC/BPO environment is a strong asset
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
