We are seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order management processes and a proficiency in French.

The Order Management team in Krakow is responsible for handling orders for medicines used to treat specific difficult‑to‑cure diseases. The precision and speed in processing these orders are crucial due to the nature of the medicines and the diseases they are intended to treat.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Order management scope
• Processing requests received from Affiliates
• Processing orders, credit/debit notes
• Resolving queries
• Supporting Affiliates (ex. preparing reports)
• Ad hoc requests from Team Leader or Manager
