Description

The Deloitte Business Process Solutions team specializes in offering comprehensive assistance to clients who decide to outsource their accounting, tax, payroll, and HR departments. Our team is constantly growing throughout Poland. We have new clients and new projects ahead of us, so dont hesitate and join our team!

Who we are looking for

  1. First experience in the area of accounting.
  2. Higher education, specialized (Accounting/Finance/Economics).
  3. Verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish .
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
  5. Knowledge of tax compliance in Poland with particular emphasis on VAT will be an asset.
  6. Problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks.
  8. Great communication and presentation skills.
  9. Experience in an international environment/projects will be a plus.

Your future role

  1. Verification and entry of data into the accounting system, preparation of data for detailed tax analysis, participation in the preparation of financial statements, activity reports, tax returns, and tax information, etc.
  2. Identification of potential risks related to business transactions from a statutory and tax perspective.
  3. Posting of cost invoices and other types of accounting documents.
  4. Preparation and verification of payments.
  5. Posting of bank statements.
  6. E-mail/telephone contact with external clients and other Deloitte offices.
  7. Independent performance of other procedural activities based on received guidelines and internal policies.
  8. Conducting periodic audits of posted transactions.
