Working as Junior Accountant at NOVELPAY you will be a member of a team of six and you will report to Chief Accountant.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant in conducting full company accounting, including tax returns, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Checking and recording in the accounting system: purchase and sales transactions, including international invoices documenting import of goods and services, bank statements, servicing banks and handling payments.
- Calculating costs of goods sold (KWS) with focus on controlling over stock of goods.
- Supporting balance sheet review and ensuring accuracy of accounting database information for the month and year-end.
- Aid in calculation and documentation for CIT, VAT-7, VAT-UE returns.
- Supporting preparation of monthly/quarterly cost-accounting and controlling reports whenever needed.

Our requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as junior auditor, alternatively no experience but good ranking in final achievement of diploma.
- University degree.
- Diploma of Economics/Finance/Accounting.
- Analytical thinking and in-depth knowledge of financial analysis.
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Fluent command of English and Polish (Polish native mandatory).
- French will be a key factor for being selected.
- Impeccable manners and good communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in an international environment with people having different profiles and personalities.
