Position Title: Junior Account Manager (Romanian)
Location: Warsaw, Poland

What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business via calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Acquire, manage and sell to customers in the Ukrainian market
- Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships
- Deliver presentations and product info to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in sales, cold calling, or call center roles (any industry)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn new tools (CRM, G Suite)
- Bonus: Knowledge of Solar/Renewable Energy
