Position Title: Junior Account Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business via calls, emails, and CRM outreach
• Acquire, manage, and sell to customers in the Polish market
• Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships
• Deliver presentations and product info to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or call center roles (any industry)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Curious, driven, and eager to learn new tools (CRM, G Suite)
• Bonus: Knowledge of Solar/Renewable Energy
