We are recruiting for a major global client in the liquid packaging and beverage solutions sector (PET, glass, can) with an international footprint.

Under a permanent contract from day one, you will participate in an immersive program including international rotations, structured learning, and real responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Discover Sidel’s business, culture, and values with rotations in Italy (Parma) and France (Le Havre and Strasbourg).
• Gain hands‑on knowledge of back‑office activities such as offer preparation, project follow‑up, and the use of commercial tools.
• Move into field activities, supporting customers directly, learning how to identify needs, propose solutions, and prepare negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields (recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience).
• Fluent in English and at least one central European language (Polish or Czech); knowledge of other Central European languages is a plus.
• Previous experience or academic exposure to industrial/technical environments is an advantage.
• Hands‑on approach to problem solving and teamwork.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with proactivity and ownership.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
