One of our clients, a fast-growing solar energy company expanding across Europe is looking for a junior account manager. This role supports sales expansion in the Romanian market and requires the candidate to be based in Poland, working from the local office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via calls, emails, and CRM
• Manage and grow customer accounts in Romania
• Support client onboarding and deliver product presentations

Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian & English
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or call center roles
• Strong communication skills and motivation to learn
