Junior A&R Analyst – HEINEKEN Global Shared Services

About the Role

Join our growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data, and technology at HEINEKEN Kraków. As a Junior A&R Analyst you will support the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accurate accounting and timely financial reporting while upholding our values of passion, courage, care for people and planet, and enjoyment of life.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and posting journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Performing fixed‑asset accounting and completing month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Providing audit support specific to general accounting.
• Identifying and resolving common cross‑process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues.
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounting packages.
• Responding to queries from stakeholders via e‑mail or telephone in alignment with service‑management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Very good written and verbal English skills.
• Interest in developing within Record‑to‑Report.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
• Passionate and engaged approach to work.
