About Position

Were looking for a hands-on Influencer Manager to help us grow AI Battle — a new AI-driven competitive gaming product. Your focus will be finding and onboarding micro-influencers and creators on LinkedIn and YouTube who cover esports, competitive gaming, or play at a semi-pro/pro level. Target regions: US, Australia, Europe.

As a part of our team you will

• Discover micro-creators on LinkedIn, YouTube and in esports communities, and spot those who genuinely fit our vibe
• Look at their niche, style, audience and engagement to see who could shine with AI Battle
• Reach out, build rapport, negotiate terms and keep 30–50 chats moving smoothly
• Give creators clear, simple briefs so their content naturally matches our formats (AI vs AI matches, challenges, commentary, etc.)
• Keep track of results, deadlines and conversations in a clean, organized workflow

What We Expect

• 1–2+ years of experience finding and working with influencers or creators (gaming/esports is a big plus)
• Confident sourcing skills on LinkedIn and YouTube
• Comfortable with tools like Sales Navigator, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, Hypeauditor
• Ability to assess creators using real data: views, engagement, audience relevance
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of esports, streaming culture and competitive gaming is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with affiliate or performance-based collaborations
