Jun/ Mid Translation Coordinator - Customer Service with German

For our client - a global leader in translations and interpreting, we are looking for a Specialist for a position of Translation Coordinator with German

Location: Krakow

Responsibilities:

• As a Translation Coordinator, you will manage the entire translation process from planning, monitoring and managing project resources through to on-time delivery
• As part of an agile project team, you live the service concept and are responsible for all solution-oriented customer support
• You are the interface between all stakeholders involved
• Close cooperation with the sales department for customer acquisition
• With your efficient and quality-oriented work, you will play a key role in the successful expansion of our customer potential

Requirements:

• You have a very strong customer focus
• You have previous experience in Customer Service
• For day-to-day communication, you have C1 level of German language level level and very good written and spoken English skills (B2)
• Proactivity, resilience and independence are among your special skills
• A goal- and process-oriented way of working as well as multitasking and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
