We are currently looking for a Joint Accounts Business Analyst ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for joint account products and services
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into implementation backlog
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in joint accounts
Support the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing joint account offerings and recommend improvements
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
Work closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence
Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans
Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in daily banking
Strong knowledge of daily banking products
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in SME lending
Ability to efficiently communicate in both Polish and English
