Location: Warsaw, Poland (100% Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Back-End Development: Focus on ingesting, integrating, and analyzing data.
2. Build Data Models: Develop efficient data models using 3rd normal form, Data Vault, and Dimensional modeling.
3. Support Front-End Development: Collaborate on front-end development to ensure seamless integration.
4. Business Communication: Engage with the business to gather requirements and provide insightful analytics solutions.
5. Drive Efficiency: Implement effective business analytics solutions to drive improved decision-making and performance.

Technical Skills:

1. Data Modeling Expertise: Documented expert level skills in data modeling (3rd normal form / Data Vault / Dimensional modeling).
2. Power BI Proficiency: Strong understanding of building efficient models for Power BI and good knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
3. Version Control: Experience with development in Distributed Version Control (GIT).
4. Snowflake & DBT: Proficiency in Snowflake and DBT.
5. Azure Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Analytics Services, and Azure DevOps with GIT.
6. Microsoft BI Stack: Proficient with the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI and Microsoft SQL.
