What You’ll Be Doing
- ? Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- ✉ Qualify inbound leads from webinars, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- ? Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored ERP solutions.
- ? Reactivate and grow relationships with inactive accounts.
- ? Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, preparing proposals, delivering sales presentations, and closing deals.
- ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to provide exceptional customer experience.
- ? Attend European trade shows and contribute feedback to shape marketing initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- ? Motivated self-starters, whether youre starting your sales journey or bringing experience from B2B or tech sales.
- ? Passionate about sales, with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets.
- ? Clear and confident communicators - fluent in English is a must, but there are also opportunities for German and Dutch speakers.
- ? Comfortable working in an international environment—no Polish language required.
- ? Detail-oriented and organized, keeping the pipeline strong and data clean.
- ? Flexible and open to change, always eager to try new sales strategies.
