What we expect

• fluency in English (oral and written);
• 4 years of work experience in HR and/or Total Rewards – experience in job evaluation is a must;
• proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software (SAP or Success Factors is a plus);
• proficient skills in using MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• agile person and continuous improvement mindset being able to learn on the fly within the
  ever-changing organizational environment;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Your tasks

• independently conduct job evaluations in accordance with the job evaluations standards;
• support internal global and local HR partners in benchmark application and review;
• provide advice, support on evaluation methodologies and job descriptions to the business and
  HR stakeholders;
• provide advice and support on the Position Titling Guidelines application on evaluated roles;
• provide ad-hoc reports and advice to key stakeholders.
