• We’re looking for a Jira Developer and Key User to support Engineering team. You’ll work in a global environment, customizing Jira to meet internal process needs, collaborating across international teams, and supporting EU-based users. If you enjoy scripting, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic, cross-functional setup - this role is for you.
• Availability:
• - Overlap with U.S. working hours (work until 6 PM CET preferred)
• - Occasional late-hour support for deployments

• Par­ti­ci­pa­tion in deve­lop­ment sprints: incor­po­ra­tion of new user stories and bug fixes
• Con­sul­ting on scrip­ting best prac­tices and quality mecha­nisms (e.g., unit tests)
• Docu­men­ta­tion of solu­tions in Jira and Conflu­ence
• Assist Engi­nee­ring Team in inter­ac­tions with the central Jira Admi­nis­tra­tion Team, inclu­ding recom­men­ding best prac­tices to the Admi­nis­tra­tion Team
• Key user support for EU-based commu­nity: dash­board/filter crea­tion, trai­ning sessions, promo­tion of best working prac­tices

• Scrip­trunner Deve­lop­ment (Jira Data Center):
• - Min 5 years of deve­lop­ment expe­ri­ence with Scrip­trunner for Jira Data Center
• - Expe­ri­ence with components: Liste­ners, Beha­viours, Script Fields, Jobs, Endpoints
• - Flu­ency in Groovy scrip­ting
• - Fami­lia­rity with GIT for version control
• Advanced Jira Key User Capa­bi­li­ties:
• - Expe­ri­ence in task and sprint manage­ment
• - Crea­tion and modi­fi­ca­tion of filters, rich filters, dash­boards
• - Under­stan­ding of addon inter­ac­tions
• - Pro­fi­ciency in JQL
• Jira Admi­nis­tra­tion Exper­tise:
• - Hands-On expe­ri­ence with crea­tion/main­te­nance of project templates inclu­ding issue types, screens, fields, permis­sions, and asso­ci­ated schemes
• - Expe­ri­ence with data migra­tions
• - Con­fi­gu­ra­tion manage­ment across multi-tiered envi­ron­ments (Dev, Stage, Produc­tion)
