PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Java Test Engineer who will be responsible for extending the regression pack and is comfortable with adding new functionalities into the existing framework.

You will join a small team of 4 engineers that is organized and working in SAFe.

The team uses a framework for Selenium-Java; tests are designed in a BDD way using Java and Maven.

You will have the opportunity to automate tests covering multiple application layers like Web, DB, API, JMS, CLI, etc.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Java , not only in writing new test cases but also new functionalities (no exact libraries required, we focus on logical thinking, not learned rules).
2. Understanding of the basics of software testing according to ISTQB methodology.
3. Ability to test frontend using Selenium .
4. Knowledge of SQL , Maven , and Git .
5. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
6. Understanding of Clean Code principles and the practice of applying them.
7. Familiarity with the Page Object Pattern design pattern in the context of testing with Selenium.
