Were seeking a Java Tech Lead with a strong focus on backend development, and intermediate experience in SRE/DevOps.
In this role, youll do hands-on development, providing mentorship to a team of engineers, supporting their professional growth. Youll collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, other Tech Leads, and the Head of Engineering to develop and maintain our backend systems, ensuring they meet high engineering standards.

- Observability, Resilience, Scalability, Logging, SLAs / SLOs / SLIs, DORA metrics, Root Cause Analysis, Intermediate knowledge in SRE/DevOps
- Linux, Containers, Docker, Networking, Protocols, Security
