responsibilities :
Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications based on Java technology
Collaborating with software architects to define technological strategies and implement best-in-class solutions
Leading a development team, supporting them in daily tasks, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions
Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth
Actively participating in technical decision-making, sprint planning, and backlog management
Working closely with management to develop the department and expand the project portfolio
requirements-expected :
At least 7 years in Java software development (Spring, Spring Boot, microservices & related technologies) and any experience in the role of Technical Leader or Team Leader
Experience or willingness to learn frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, VueJS)
Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS)
Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)
Experience in developing web applications and REST APIs, including Swagger documentation
Ability to apply design patterns effectively
Familiarity with containerization tools Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proactivity, readiness to share and apply technological advancements (AI, data, cybersecurity)
German and English language proficiency at B2 level
