This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems while mentoring the team and driving technical excellence. Your responsibilities As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and the broader technology strategy. You will work in an autonomous, self-organizing Scrum team and actively contribute to both delivery and continuous improvement.
