About the project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Tech Lead to join an international team.

Location: Remote

Contract type: B2B

Availability: ASAP

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed international team of 10–12 developers.
• Oversee technical design, architecture, and coding standards within the project.
• Drive integration with legacy and external systems.
• Ensure high-quality code, best engineering practices, and efficient team communication.
• Mentor and support developers in their technical growth.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including proven leadership experience (Tech Lead / Team Lead).
• Strong expertise in Java (preferably version 11 or higher).
• Proven experience in leading development teams, ideally in a distributed or international environment.
• Solid knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, REST APIs, Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (architects, developers, clients).
• Fluent English – required for daily international collaboration

• Background in banking or fintech projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• DevOps technical awareness is a plus.
• Experience in legacy system integration.
