Your role

• Participating and overseeing all phases of software development including requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Managing end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Effectively interacting with product management, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver the required solutions
• Working collaboratively across other product teams
• Demonstrating deep technical knowledge in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ensuring the team follows DevOps practices to enhance deployment reliability
• Leading initiatives for performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization of cloud-based applications
• Driving adherence to security best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in cloud-based platform development
• Strong background in cloud technologies, with expertise in at least one major cloud provider
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Demonstrated success in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence team members
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Residing in Poland required
