Java Software Engineer (Senior or Team Lead)

For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:Java Software Engineer (Senior or Team Lead)
Location: WarsawBranch: FintechJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 3-6Rate: 140-155 PLN/h + vatStart date: October 2024Remote work: 2 days per weekMethodology: Scrum
Technology: Kafka, Kubernetes, Spring, SQL/NoSQL, ORM, Cloud, CI/CD
Senior Responsibilities:

• Designing and deploying new software (tools, frameworks, patterns)
• Peer testing, unit testing, code reviews
• Knowledge sharing
• Following with latest versions of technologies

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Senior responsibilities 
• 30% of time - leading the team of 6-8 members
• Setting and monitoring performance
• Rewarding – as every good Team Lead does :) 
• Organizing activities for better team-building

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience as Java Developer
• 2 years of experience with frontend tech (React, Vue, Angular)
• Hands-on experience with Spring framework
• Fluent English
• For Leader role: 7 years with Java and documented experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead
• For Leader role: in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
