For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Java Software Engineer (Senior or Team Lead)
Location: Warsaw / Full Remote
Branch: Fintech
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 3-6
Rate: 140-155 PLN/h + vat
Start date: October 2024
Remote work: 2 days per week
Methodology: Scrum
Technology: Kafka, Kubernetes, Spring, SQL/NoSQL, ORM, Cloud, CI/CD
Senior Responsibilities:
- Designing and deploying new software (tools, frameworks, patterns)
- Peer testing, unit testing, code reviews
- Knowledge sharing
- Following with latest versions of technologies
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Senior responsibilities
- 30% of time - leading the team of 6-8 members
- Setting and monitoring performance
- Rewarding – as every good Team Lead does :)
- Organizing activities for better team-building

What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience as Java Developer
- 2 years of experience with frontend tech (React, Vue, Angular)
- Hands-on experience with Spring framework
- Fluent English
- For Leader role: 7 years with Java and documented experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead
- For Leader role: in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
