Job Responsibilities

1. Understand business domain, analyze requirements
2. Design, develop code, tests and maintain code for Resolve online application releases
3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members including vendor partner teams
4. Effectively participate in the technology proof-of-concepts and learn new technologies and frameworks
5. Understand and enhance coding guidelines and participate in code review processes
6. Create and maintain technical documentation
7. Collaborate with Requirements & Analysis group, QA team and Production Support team to ensure project alignment

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree and minimum 1 year of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Communication Engineering or a related field
2. Strong Core Java skills and one of the frontend technologies
3. Excellent programming skills
4. Demonstrated ability to build object-oriented designs
5. Strong ability to collaborate
6. Highly driven and resourceful
7. AI and generative AI skills are highly desirable.
