About the project

We’re looking for a Java Developer to join our client's team (automotive sector).

As part of this team, you’ll contribute to enhancing, modernizing, and maintaining a business-critical system, ensuring its performance and scalability for the future.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the ongoing modernization of the application, including feature rewrites and architectural updates.
• Collaborate within an agile (SCRUM) team to design, develop, and improve software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in Java development.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment of new features.

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+).
• Good understanding of unit testing (JUnit) and test automation principles.
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Experience working with relational databases and ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate, SQL).
• Understanding of containerization concepts, especially Docker.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Previous experience working in an agile environment
• Good English - at least B2

Optional

• Familiarity with DevSecOps, including Azure Cloud and JBOSS.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly React and JavaScript.
