Our team takes full ownership of the products development, which is entirely designed, developed, and tested at our R&D center in Krakow. As a team member, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of a Java application. This application is crucial for generating, storing, and distributing keys for radio authentication and air interface encryption within Motorola LMR systems.

Technologies:

Java, Wildfly, Postgres, Python, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, BitBucket, Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, VMware ESXI, KVM, Ansible, Maven, Ant, HSM.

• 3+ years of experience in Java software development.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture.
• Working knowledge of REST API design.
• Commitment to engineering practices (e.g. TDD, Clean Code)
• Strong team player and good communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and features.
• Engagement in complex problem-solving.
• Capability to define and maintain architecture collaboratively with the team.
• Communicative English, both verbal and written.

Experience in following areas will be treated as an additional asset:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or a related field.
• Automatization of application deployments and tests.
• Front-end development.
• Good knowledge of computer networks.
• Security related experience, including CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Working in Scrum or Kanban.
