Opis stanowiska pracy

Our Client is an international company providing IT services.

Miejsce pracy: Gliwice

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing new functionalities (approximately 75% of the workload) as well as maintaining existing solutions (approximately 25%).
2. Developing functionalities based on business requirements.
3. Participating in the automation of processes within the application.
4. Resolving reported issues and implementing improvements.
5. Collaborating with the Product Owner, testers, and other members of the project team.
6. Coordinating activities with other IT departments within the company’s global structures.
7. Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
8. Tech stack: PL/SQL, Java (versions 8-17), JPA, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Camunda, Kubernetes, Kafka, GitLab, Jira, Agile methodology.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, primarily working with Java technologies (8-17), PL/SQL, SQL.
2. Good knowledge of design principles and relational database management.
3. Solid understanding of programming principles and best practices in software development.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to deepen domain knowledge.
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
7. Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
8. Openness to working in an international environment.
