Strong working knowledge of Java and Python (we treat them as a foundation, not a limitation)
Understanding of mechanisms and protocols used in distributed systems
Ability to independently solve problems and seek the simplest effective solutions
Openness to working across technologies (frontend, backend, integrations, automation)
Regular use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as a natural part of the development workflow
