responsibilities :
Enhance and optimize core SDLC platforms to improve scalability, latency, and resilience
Develop and maintain build and deployment tooling for a large-scale engineering environment
Collaborate with high-caliber engineers to drive innovation and best practices
Improve developer workflows by refining language support and tooling
Influence technical decisions and contribute to strategic architecture enhancements
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development experience
Experience with build systems (Maven, Gradle, Bazel) and version control tools
Familiarity with distributed computing and scalable architectures
Knowledge of DevOps, SRE practices, and Linux environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Open to hybrid work (3 days per week in the office)
