Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience developing Java backend applications.
• Solid understanding of Spring Boot or similar frameworks and their underlying concepts.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable microservices architectures.
• Good knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of Java 8 Date/Time API.
• Knowledge of streams and records.
• Knowledge of non-mutability and reduction of setters in favor of constructor injection; primitive types, keywords, etc.
• Knowledge of Junit 5 (knowledge of test class life cycle).
• Knowledge of Computational complexity theory (ability to roughly estimate) and CAP theory.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit 5, Mockito) and automated testing practices.
• Experience in discussing and clarifying requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
