Must have:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in Java EE development.
• Extensive practice with SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Hibernate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clarify business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Proactivity - asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and driving clarity in project scope.

Nice to have: 

• Junit/Mockito, Spring Data, Spring Data JDBC, Swagger/OpenAPI, Oracle.
