You must:

• Have experience in Java development and AWS services
• Have experience with cloud migration projects
• Be able to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Be excellent at problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Be open to going to Poznan office at least twice a week
• Be open to various projects and technologies in the future
• Be able to communicate fluently in English
• Be willing to learn from teammates and on your own
• Be a quick learner and problem-solver (not a cliche, we mean it)
• It would be nice if you have a strong understanding of payment systems and financial services
